Storm are proud to supply technical services to some of the largest events in the UK as well as a number of projects in Europe. With a constantly expanding rental stock which now includes Lighting, Rigging, Video, Sound, Mains Distribution & Stage equipment. Storm are fully capable of providing Dry Hire & Full Project / Production Management to any event. A majority of our projects are within the Corporate, Theatre, Live Events, Concerts, Film & TV sectors of the Entertainment Industry.

Freelance Opportunities

As Storm continue to expand the number of projects we work on each year we are keen to expand our freelancer database for work on our events both in the UK & Europe. As we are regularly being contacted about freelance work besides general crew if you have any additional qualifications we would love to hear from you. We’re keen to hear from individuals who posses any of the additional skills below to add to our team:

  • Programmers / Operators (Avolites, grandMA, ETC & Hog)
  • Control & Networking Technicians
  • National Rigging Certificate Level 2 & 3 Holders
  • Electrical Qualifications (Installation / Mains)
  • MEWP License Holders

London Venue Technicians

Working predominantly within our prestigious accredited London Venues. Successful freelancers will ideally have proven history of working within London’s unique venues, experience of quick loads ins, knowledge of digital mixing consoles, Analogway & Roland switchers and a strong working AV knowledge & experience.
